I take the hassle out of managing your business's social media presence with a package that fulfils all your requirements. Alongside simple channel management, I will deliver to my clients quarterly plans, which outline social media activity, focus areas, and upcoming retail events to be capitalised upon.
This plan will aid in content creation, which I do for my clients, with graphic design and reduced-rate photography included in my rates.
I understand that review is essential; therefore, I create monthly reports detailing performance and growth; this allows us to adapt when needed to ensure the continued effectiveness of social media for my clients.

Arguably the most effective form of marketing, email marketing is becoming a must-do for any business looking to communicate effectively with its customers.
Email campaigns allow my clients to send crafted marketing messages directly to their customers' inboxes. I work to deliver email campaigns on behalf of my clients, from briefing and design to performance analysis.
After each campaign, I supply a report detailing the campaign's performance. With these insights, I ensure each subsequent email campaign is more successful than the last.

Working with my clients to gain an intimate understanding of their business, I guide them through strategic planning. The result of this is a well-structured commercial plan which outlines their overall vision, identifies individual goals, determines objectives and confirms strategies to make it happen.
All of this is set out in an easy-to-use working document. I then work with clients to start taking action. My client can choose to allow me to deliver on the plan's strategies through my other services or to take action themselves, and I become a guiding hand to review performance and direct resources.
Evaluating performance is vital to the success of any strategic plan; understanding what is working and what is not encourages the refocusing of efforts to be as valuable as possible.
A little about me
Over what many consider a short period of time, I’ve held a variety of commercial management positions within hospitality focusing mainly on sales and marketing.
Just over 4 years ago, I started Nexus. A small digital marketing agency specialising in social media management. Now, a few years on, the agency has larger capabilities including commerical strategy consultancy, email marketing and website building.
Alongside running my agency, I am the Director of Sales for Hotel Indigo and Staybridge Suites Dundee. Working as part of the leadership there with the support of Cycas Hospitality Management.
I am based in Fife, Scotland, but can work with clients all over the UK.

Why call the agency, Nexus? Well it is all linked to my time at University studying law. Latin is commonplace in Law and I thought it would be nice to link the two together.
In latin, Nexus means to connect; or the act of binding.
That’s exactly what I offer my clients - to connect them with their customers through multiple marketing tools and strategies.
